Need an LLMD in Colorado or Missouri.

I have been sick for about a year with a lot of different symptoms. My brain fog and neurological symptoms are getting very bad and I've had to drop out of college and move back home with my parents in Missouri. I have made an appointment with an llmd in Columbia, MO but can't get in until July.

I am willing to travel to any of the states around Missouri if I can get into someone sooner.

Also, I go to school in Denver, CO so if there are any Lyme doctors anywhere near there that don't have such a long waiting list that would work too because I have free places to stay there.

I have seen around 15 different doctors and have been tested for tons of different illnesses. All of the tests so far have been negative. I have had to put my life on hold and am wasting a lot of money. Somebody please let me know of a good LLMD that I can get into soon

You might be somewhere near me.

I'm sorry to hear you're having such a hard time. I know how hard it can be to leave your life and move back. It can feel like going backwards.

Are you looking only for MD's, or interested in alternative modalities too?

For MD's:

They should be able to connect you with docs.

There are also the national Lyme Disease Association site, which has a doctor referral service:

I have used this in the past with success.

Sorry that you are so ill. You are smart to continue to search for answers. I had the same experience-endless testing that was all normal and then finally found out that it is lyme disease and co-infections. I'm in OH so I don't know of anyone in your area, but try contacting the LDUC http://www.lduc.org . Hopefully with them or the contacts that Ilexis provided, you can find a great LLMD to see sooner.

Also, are you on a waiting list with the LLMD that you are scheduled to see in July? Call frequently, like once a week, to see if they can get you in sooner. I did that with my LLMD and got in 5 months sooner than scheduled.
