I spent time with my mom

it was fine if topics were off me

but then it did here and there

and she doesnt get it

I get that


coming closer to accepting that, not there a hundred percent,


It is frustrating, she does not get it....

i need more therapy...

and time to decompress, and get rid of her energy


I know I am not alone with such absure symtoms, not everyone understands

I know what I need to do

how does she have such an effect on me, her energy is so dominating

it is weird
