I am abnormally full of fluid, inflamation,

I took some curamin, turemric supplements

any other ideas? thanks

I had tests to rule out other possibilities for fluid retention but all was fine. My legs and feet would swell twice their size. Eventually it subsided and I have not had issues for almost a year.

This will sound weird but when my feet and hands swell that bad ( well every joint) I take rubbing alcohol and cover them and massage for a few minutes. It will take the swelling down! It's a trick we have used in my family for years! I hope it helps!
