For me, it has been more the enemas in general, that have made a huge difference in my condition. I had my first colonic while at Sanoviv. They would finish iff each therapy with either coffee, wheatgrass, or probiotics. Since coming hime, I've bought an enema kit and been doing them every third day. I cannot say it's been solely the enemas, but ever since my symptoms had started last year, this is the first time they have stablized and gotten better.
I plan on getting an enema implant kit for coffee and probiotics insertion. With the probiotics, you want about 12 ounces of filtered water with about 400 billions cfus probiotics and hold it in for as long as you can. I held in my last one over night. I feel colon cleansing and colon health are key to optimal treatment.
A few days ago, I listened to the following interview of Jay Davidson, DC and he discusses coffee enemas.

www.betterhealthguy.com/episode52I can't believe you were able to hold an enema overnight! That's amazing! I think I would have needed a new mattress by the following morning. Good think you didn't sneeze!
If I remember correctly, the probiotics were in only 4 or 6 ounces of water. So, it was really easy. The coffee, wheatgrass, or probiotics were always introduced following the colon hydrotherapy. There is no way I'm sitting around with a gut full of liquid for any longer than I have to.
Thanks for the links. I will view them.I'm
