Hi all,
Jeminij, I understand you can't take any botanicals now since some of them bind toxins and that will go into your breast milk which is not good for the baby.
If I were in your shoes, I wouldn't be thinking of going to Hansa at this point (just my opinion). Once you wean off breastfeeding your baby, I would start the "healing at home" protocol.
The one I followed was from his first book (not available today but his 2nd book is similar and more advanced).
It took me about 1 year. I had joint pain everywhere, fatigue, for many months I could not use my legs (I would fall down), and was really depressed. I had no support (my family didn't believe in lyme) and my ex-husband was of no use except causing me more stress. That's why he's an ex! My lifesaver was the lyme forums.
I took Borrelogen for 3 months (along with the CNS/PNS Neuro-Antitox), then I stopped the Borrelogen and took Microbojen for 3 months (still taking the Neuro-Antitox), then I took all 3 products together for another 3 months. I had goofed and didn't order the botanicals in time so I would run out. So basically it took about 12 months.
I also took plenty of detox baths, dry skin brushing, coffee enemas, used my portable infrared sauna, ate healthier, and exercised. I was not able to exercise in the beginning of the protocol, I was just too weak and fatigued. I have only done one gallbladder/liver cleanse and it's time for me to do another cleanse since it's just plain healthy.
Today I still continue to take the detox baths, dry skin brush, and use my sauna. Looking back, my worse symptoms were fatigue and the pain in my legs. All of that has been gone for many years now. I hike the mountains of Southern Vermont, do aerobic exercise, work, etc. Have you read Dr. J's article called "Lyme toxins, the primary cause of your symptoms"? Excellent article!
Hope this helps,
Denise
