The question is what lab was the test run through? If it wasn't IGenex then there's a good chance there are other bands that would show up reactive as their test is more sensitive than other labs like Quest or Labcorp.
Band 58 alone doesn't indicate Lyme but testing is pretty inaccurate to begin with so you have to go by symptoms more than anything. My IGenex Lyme Western Blot showed multiple Lyme-specific bands positive when MD Labs did not though some don't have much luck with IGenex either.
Co-infection testing is even more inaccurate so there's a good chance there are other co-infections present like Babesia or Bartonella. Mycoplasma P. is not only from a tick. That's very common and one can get it just by breathing the air according to my LLMD. I tested positive for it. A good LLMD or even a Lyme-literate naturopath should be able to tell you what they suspect you are dealing with so that's who you need to work with. Not an infectious doctor.
