I just received my GI test results, and as suspected, I have a yeast/fungal growth. The lab also did sensitivity testing, and I'm resistant to many of the pharmaceticals and herbs.
But there are a few herbs that I'm sensitive so. So to avoid resistance, I'm thinking about rotating between 3 and switching them each week. Has anyone heard of this protocol being effective (I don't talk to my dr. until over a week). The 3 I'd take are caprylic acid, goldenseal and oregano.
