Intermittent sunburn sensation on my arm

Hi guys,

For the past 2-3 months I have been feeling what is best described as a sunburn on my right forearm. It feels on the skin and is basically half way between my elbow and wrist. It's a sensation that comes and goes. On average I may feel it 5-15 times a day for a minute or two each time. Could this be from Lyme? My non lyme illiterate pcp has looked at it and said he thought it was tendinitis but I don't this it is.

I have the sunburn sensation off and on, most of it on the inside of my forarm, sometimes elsewhere (skin on top of my head, my stomach, back and backside of my thighs are mostly affected).

It is a kind of neuropathic pain, so definetly possible with LD.

Tendinitis pain would be more inside your arm, and not your skin. You're the best placed person to know where your pain exactly is, drs tend to try every explanation but recognizing it could be neurological...
