Hi and welcome!
I'm so sorry about your daughter, and very glad you got a diagnosis. You'll find lots of supportive, caring people here with mountains of research and experience to share.
There's quite a few of us here with children who have Lyme. The experience is different for everyone but I think most possibilities have been seen at least once by someone here!
Let your daughter know she will get better! Just don't accept that things are normal and ok now if YOU think they're off.
An excellent suggestion I read here is to keep daily notes in a journal or on a spreadsheet. Keeping track of all changes, oddities, complaints and treatments will help you see at any time what's been going on, and you can show the doc too.
I imagine you know your daughter fairly well - check out some symptom lists just in case so you will recognize if some change starts that it may be Lyme.
For my son (8) there's neuro symptoms and my patience is better when I realise maybe he really dosn't understand some thing he already knows well (Brain fog or confusion) or that the random pains are not whininess.
There's a couple threads going now which mention a 9 yr old and a 7 yr old and both have really good stuff shared by the great hearts here. Worth a look-see.
I sure hope because you are treating this so soon after infection that you never have to deal with the long term stuff. But beat this bug with some determined whallops. Good luck to you both.
