Headaches with earaches and sinus pressure

Anyone ever have headaches like these?

Aboug 2 weeks ago I started getting headaches on the right side of my head and come and go on some days and feels like it's inside my head. First time it happened on parasite cleanse herbs and gave a strong feeling in my head, last night it also happened and my head felt weird on the right side along with the front and back (can be on the left side too now), and now it sees to have a ear element to it with some other symptoms like body being itchy and right and left sides mid chest feeling uncomfortable.

On Saturday morning the doctor orderred me a ct scan of the head which checked out to be ok but I wonder if a mri would've also been worth getting - may ask the llmd for a prescription for one as it seems mris and cts can pick up different things.

It's pretty confusing tho when doctors don't even know how to diagnose you. I also have elevated pth levels which hasn't got a answer yet either. I have a feeling it could all be parasite related but it's hard to say, hopefully llmd has some answers after a test has come in as well as a endocronologist if there's something to else to it. There are a few diseases that come up when googling these symptoms so who knows.

Has anyone had something similar before or have any ideas about it?

Thanks. Will check out about the pollen in my area. As for elevated PTH levels they also found I have elevated calcium as well and I made another appointment with a endocronologist as well (last endocronology appointment they did other tests and said they all looked ok) and before then have an appointment with llmd too, it says on her website one of her specialties is in thyroid disorders so maybe she will ideas on it too.
