I was thinking the same thing as Razzle - you may be trying to do too many things at once. Something that's easy to do when you are desperate to heal and feel better, but it can be so detrimental to your healing! Overloading the body in any way won't help at this point.
It's always best to stagger things that you are starting or raising your dose of. You will need to know if something creates a reaction and what it was so that you can take the appropriate steps to mediate the reaction.
Can you tell us if you are doing anything to help your body detox? It's very, very important to help your body detox at this point! Many of us have issues with our detoxing pathways, so it takes extra effort to be sure that our bodies can keep up with the detoxing needs and not get overwhelmed.
And be sure to do your research on the suggestions you get from this forum or any other source - you have to protect your health and we may not know or understand all of the aspects of what you are doing or dealing with. Not everything is right for everyone!
