So the results of my neck Xray came back with degenerative changes and arthritis. I know it's in my knees, suspect my hands too. Just another reminder of the Lyme

I'm thinking of a TENS unit to help with the muscle spasms. Has anyone used one? Any suggestions?

My LLND did give me some supplements that broke the last muscle spasm. They're both anti inflammatory one based off of tumeric and the other is a form of quercitin.

My DH uses MSM for his joint pain.

I use Nettle Leaf for mine. Buhner says 1200mg nettle leaf daily helps with joint pain and prevents damage to joints from Lyme.

I would try Green Lipped Mussel extract capsules.................I know,here I go again smilewinkgrin

They have worked wonders for my joint and muscle problems.

My dr prescribed me Omega3 + Zyflamend + Berberine, in combination with Aspirin - it took a while to see changes, but I noticed a difference!
