Just wanted to share Miss Delaware has Lyme disease, and is trying out for Miss America tonight. I don't know her personally but it may be a great way to get more awareness out there for Lyme disease.

I am watching the show as I type this. I hope she wins. She would be a great spokesperson.

Wahoo go Delaware! lol such a sad thing to wahoo for. A new article came out last week. Delaware was NUMBER ONE PER CAPITA for Lyme disease cases and shocker! Not ONE LLMD in the state of delaware. Not ONE. One of our star basketball players from UD had it to. They did a few good articles on her in the local paper which was nice exposure but apparently not enough.
