tetanus shot when diagnosed with Lyme/Babesia

Hi There,

I have an injury and I may need a tetanus shot. I have Lyme and Babesia...I would love to get your feed back about whether it would cause me additonal problems and should be avoided or I should just bite the bullet and get it and not worry

How long has it been since you had your last tetanus shot? it lasts for 10 years...

That is one for a LLMD. I had that after stepping on a nail and was ill with flu like symptoms.

I'm going to agree with Barngurl on that one. I definitely don't do flu shots and I got a tetanus shot after my lyme was active (before I knew) and it hurt for a few days but nothing unusual - I did not get really sick until about 1 year after my tetanus shot.
