5 months ago, my insomnia was outrageous. I'd sit up watching movies or reading until about
1 or 2 a.m., and then toss and turn until I'm guessing I'd fall asleep around 3, only to wake up 1 or 2 more times before sunrise. Then, around 6 am, I'd "sleep" until 8.
I've noticed that now if I put a movie on around 10, I'll usually fall asleep half-way through, so I turn it off and go to sleep around 11:30, and wake up maybe once in the middle of the night to go to the bathroom.
It's something I hadn't paid much attention to because I guess it just happened so gradually. Sometimes I don't have that "tired but wired" feeling from months ago.
I say all of this to ask if this indicates a healing of sorts?
I know my doctor is always emphasizing how important sleep is, so maybe now that I'm getting some, my overall healing is progressing.
This also seemed more noticeable since adding Bactrim to my abx. I've been taking it for almost 3 weeks now.
