One of the reasons I love this forum so much is the love and compassion that you all show each other!!
I'm so glad that this forum is a place where this is cultivated as different members rotate through here. Thank you one and all!!!
Yes, try at least cutting back on the lemon juice in your water. You may want to try leaving it out completely to see how much you are being affected, then adding very small amounts back in to see if you can tolerate it. I know that I had to leave the lemon out of my water for a time. I was not a happy camper about
that since I'm not a water drinker - but the muscle issues just got to be too much to deal with.
Have you ever done oil pulling? It's really easy and many people swear by it to help remove toxins. Using a healthy oil (like coconut I believe), you swish the oil in your mouth similar to when you use mouthwash. Some say that it should be done 1st thing in the morning. You can do a search on this site to find more information, as I know there have been several discussions on this here.
You mentioned your throat hurting. Can you tell me if it inside your throat or if it's on the outside, near the ears or a little more under your jaw? If so this is likely your lymph glands and they are full of toxins that is being filtered out of your blood. You should be sure you are detoxing before trying Lymph massages, but they can make a major difference.
Do you know how to do lymph massages? They are
very gentle motions that will help release those toxins, helping you to feel better. But beware - they could create a herx, as they will release those toxins to be cleared by other organs. Again, you can do a search on this site for more information, as I know there have been many discussions on this here.
Can you have some of your guests bring a dish? It would cut down on your work load a lot if you can get enough of them to bring something!! And yes, let the kids help!!! Even if it's not perfect, many will still enjoy the fact that the kids did a certain amount of the work too!! Supervising them will likely be enough work for you! LOL!
Thanks for the hugs - I've had a tough few days myself, but with too many trips to the vet's office in this family, not these diseases as you all are still dealing with.
Be sure to tell your kids that we are all VERY proud of them for helping you so much!! Don't forget to have them help with the clean up too!!
