I stopped meditating on a regular basis last year. My life is so overly full because of treatment and a full time job. I come home, cook (if hubby hasn't already), sit in my sofa and become letargic...
And I very much regret that... I still do it every now and then, but I need to pick it up again. It makes me feel much more relaxed, anger and rage are less intense.
The kind of meditation I 'learned' through my pilates instructor is Primordial Sound Meditation.
I know this is about inflammation, but anger meditations are a great tool too!! It helps controlling outbursts. A great friend told me how to do them. Then a few weeks ago, I was googling, and stumbled upon an article from an LLMD suggesting that anger meditations are great for people with Bart or Lyme rage. I thought to myself 'HA!' - lol.
