I know that Babesia can cause blood in the urine, among other symptoms of course.

1/3rd of the way down the page, you can find this:
"....symptoms may include malaise, chills, myalgia, anemia, fatigue, and fever (which can be as high as 40°C). Some cases also described nausea, emesis, night sweats, weight loss, and hematuria(blood in urine), which are believed to be associated with higher levels of parasitemia....."
www.lymediseaseresource.com/Babesia.html"The symptoms can include any or all of the following: fatigue, drenching night sweats, fever, chills, weakness, weight loss, nausea, abdominal pain, diarrhea, cough, shortness of breath, headache, neck and back stiffness, dark urine or blood in urine."
Although there are other, more common infections that cause blood in the urine, like Garden Peace has said - urinary tract infections, bladder infections, kidney infections and more.
It would be best to have it checked out by a doctor to be sure that it's not something that needs a different treatment.
