Julymorning, have you tried a purely herbal protocol yet? YOu would start off slow enough that, if you bought your herbs in bulk, you could stagger the cost of each herb across a few months- ie buy one herb one month 1, another herb on month 2, another herb on month 3 and so on.
Just trying to come up with ideas for you.
Back to the pharma drugs, you may be able to qualify for some of the programs in these links that could be of help to you. Please take the time to go through these links. There will be some duplicate posts in them, but each of them have something valuable:

And yes, I'm dealing with a very bad lack of appetite. I know I need to eat decently in order to heal though, so I eat ginger slices, drink my apple cider vinegar and then refuse to think of the taste or the "feel" of eating so I can get a decent amount of food in me. I will drink some more apple cider vinegar, drink ginger tea or eat more ginger slices after I eat if I'm still feeling pretty nauseous. I had to drink a cup of grated ginger tea (1 tblsp) 3 times a day to get me to the point that I could do even this much.
I understand how hard this is, but in order to heal, we have to give our bodies fuel (food) to heal with. Keep trying things and combination of things that are safe - something will work.
