Chronic Lyme or Post Polio Syndrome?

I have an appt. with a LLMD in a month--so then I can find out if I have Chronic Lyme. I also have been wondering if I might have Post Polio Syndrome. When I was a kid I had the Non-paralytic type and I have read that it can come back sometimes up to 70 years later and affect us. With weakness, and extreme fatigue and other symptoms.

My Rheumatologist said this is a possibility. I have been sick a lot lately and I wonder if the white spots seen on a Brain Scan might be from this Polio bout or more likely from Chronic Lyme.

Any thoughts??
