Doxy after Rocephin

Even though I have not taken IV Rocephin, I was on Doxy and did not herx much. I had been on Amoxicillin so that could have been why. Because a herx reaction is your body reacting to the toxins from the killed bacteria, it makes sense that if you have been on Rocephin, that your bacterial load has been lessed which should minimize herxing.

While on Doxy, I was on probiotics, Omega3, multivitamin, vitamin D, and Milk Thistle among some of the supplements that I take and had no ill effects to taking them.

The only interaction that I know of with Doxy is to not take dairy products with Doxy. To wait 2 hours before and after.

I was not on Doxy long enough for it to make my teeth yellow. I have seen posts here that the yellowing of the teeth can be removed with over-the-counter teeth bleaching products so it doesn't seem to be a permanent stain.
