I hate even bringing this up, but I developed psoriasis, not just one type, but two. One developed while I was untreated, and one developed after I was able to stop my tick-borne treatments.
The one that I developed before I started treatments was pustular psoriasis which creates small, fluid filled blisters - some hurt, some itched insanely, but mostly just looked bad. I was told over and over again - even lectured by a few docs - that it was fungal and that I needed to use anti-fungals, but of course they didn't work for psoriasis.
My pustular psoriasis is down to one silver dollar size spot on my left ankle, and my plaque psoriasis is only a small spot on my left elbow area now though. Quite literally, probiotics made a major difference in these!
