As always I would recommend consulting an herbalist but the known adaptogens that I'm familiar with are
licorice
rhodiola
ashwaganda
pine pollen
maca root
ginseng
ginkgo
I did try licorice and I liked that a lot. Rhodiola did wonders for my sleep but it has given a member on here some issues so I wouldn't necessarily recommend that one first. I did try some that I didn't think worked well for me personally but know of others it worked well for. Like everything else with this disease it seems to be tailored to the individual. I might try licorice tea first for a few days and see how you feel, stop it - and see if you notice a difference.
The nice thing is adaptogens really aren't supposed to cause herx reactions because they support the body. How are you, haven't seen you on here in awhile - I hope that is a good thing
