Along with the probiotics, making homemade kefir (either water or milk) can also be very beneficial. And, it's tasty when used as a smoothy. This is part of my daily breakfast and it's something I can get into me when I'm not hungry.
My sleep has been awful, but I'm now taking GABA and Melatonin at night. It seems to help. I take it 1/2 hr before bed, and I must be in bed by 10 pm or my second wind kicks in and I have issues trying to get to sleep. I hope this works out for you soon.
I felt the same way as you, happy when dx and yet like, ok here we go. So much made sense after the confirmed dx.
