I am asking to feel better, is it warm weather or cooler weather that makes you feel the best. I seem to feel better in warmer weather, Florida heat never bothered me.
It is very personalized - each person has different tolerance levels. Personally, I've had heat exhaustion at least 3 times with one time being entirely too close to heat stroke, even though I was drinking plenty of water.
These infections can really mess with our body's ability to regulate our body temperature, so those who are dealing with this to any degree will have more issues with heat and cold.
Now I'm like Marie though - the cold & damp really bother my arthritis!
BTW - I've been infected in California, Arizona, Idaho, Indiana, Illinois, Missouri, and Arkansas. No where is safe!! LOL!! Seriously, as Denise has said, ticks get way too much credit!! There are so many other insects that now pass these infections!!!
