LLMD in Ohio

Does anyone know of any LLMD specific doctor in Ohio. I'm located in central Ohio and could easily travel to Athens, Lancaster, Chillicothe, Columbus, or even Cleveland (I have family here). Although, I'm whiling to travel to find someone who will see me at this point. I'm very frustrated and still having symptoms and signs.
