For me, I tried to detox with lemon water and activated charcoal and I guess the level of toxin in me we was bad that I really didn't feel any better on those remedies or maybe with my body type they just didn't work that well. I did try coffee enemas for the first time because I had all the symptoms you were having plus many more, and they were helpful to me. They cut the depression nearly in half. The funny thing was I would smell and ammonia smell when I did the enemas and thought that was really weird. Later, I took a test that analyzined hundreds of metabolites within my body and I studied and looked up alot of the results - they all pointed to high ammonia levels in my body. I continued to research this concept, and found that Dr. Jernigan and others find ammonia to be the primary neurotoxin in Lyme. Up until that point, I had really never paid attention to trying to detox it. So it was really helpful for me to add in zeolite (I took it a couple of times a day for a month). For me it was a marked turnaround. This is just my personal experience. I am not saying that I know for sure ammonia is the primary neurotoxin (I haven't studied it THAT much!
) but for me it was a big deal. Zeolite and I believe yucca root or Jernigan's antitox are all remedies that treat the removal of ammonia. I drank alot of water with it too.
As far as your mood symptoms being worse in the morning. The morning is when our norepinephrine levels are higher than any other time of the day. If they are not high enough in you - that could be the cause of the depression. Of course, neurotoxin, is getting in the way of your body being able to make normal levels or norepinephrine or other neurotransmitters because the toxins mess up the pathways to metabolically do so. A little tyrosine in the morning or adrenal support could possibly help a bit.
Along this note, when I had organic acid done, it showed I had a bacteria that was creating a compound that interfered with my bodys pathway to make this norephinephrine/epinephrine. It made me wonder what that bacteria was - was it Lyme? was it Bartonella?
I hope I didn't over complicate things for you by sharing with you all that information! So to keep it simple - Perservere with your treatment and Detox! You are killing the cyst form of Lyme and that is going to make you feel terrible until levels go down in your body!! I am personally on a cyst buster all the time now and am doing so much better than I was when I was going through what you are experiencing now.
Oh - and on the painful toes - that could be an increase in neuro type symptoms from the Tinidazole/Tindamax or maybe it has something to do with decreased circulation because of the die-off. So taking something to deal with thickened blood could help. I personally take nattokinase for that as well as gingko biloba. Gingko biloba is good for increasing circulation in the brain. I know there are lots of things out there though for circulation. These are just the things I have tried and continue to use for myself as needed.
