I thought I posted this already, but I don't see it up - apologies if it ends up on the forum twice.
I just went to the LLMD for the first time yesterday, and I will definitely take the time to write about it, but in the meantime I have a question. She put me on a lot of nutritional supplements, one of which is Magnesium, but Not Calcium? I didn't think to ask her at the time, but I thought the two went hand in hand. Would you guys recommend I just take Calcium on my own? Can it be a 2:1 ratio? Especially since my new diet excludes dairy!
Secondly, I am very headache prone. I know mag and cal can both cause headaches. Does anyone know that if I end up getting headaches from all of these new minerals, will the headaches eventually subside? Thanks in advance for the advice!!!
