Advice on Loose Green Tea Leaves???

Hi everyone, I hope all is well. I have discovered that my body does great with teas. I have used medicinal teas to help me along this Lyme journey. Anyone use decaf loose green tea leaves and if so could you let me know the brand or send me a link? I found a few but if any of you drink green tea (decaf loose leaves) let me know.

I have to be honest I've tried really expensive to really cheap green tea and I really don't notice a huge difference. I think middle of the road (like Yogi teas) are the best way to go. I totally agree with you though - I love the teas. I have not yet found a loose leaf green that I love but I'll keep an eye out!

Yogi is the only one I could drink for the longest time. Then I discovered Yogi ginger so now I drink that.

Hmmmm...Yogi has green tea??? I love Yogi! I will buy a box and see how I do. I want to start drinking a couple of cups a day.

I heard the loose green tea leaves has a healing property in it but hey the cheap ones like Yogi (which is very good) might as well. Stay tuned!

What's the difference between loose and regular green tea? Sorry for the ignorance.

I guess when it's loose it's not so processed as the ones that come in tea bags. I'm learning too...no need for apologies :-)

Where do you find them whole? Is it organically decaf..or is it treated?
