Fingernail changes?

So of course, lyme disease, at least for me, is an invisible illness. The only exception is that I've got some stuff going on with my fingernails.

When I originally became sick, I noticed red bands at the distal ends of all my nails. These have still not gone away 6 months later. I read that this can be a sign of a bacterial infection, so probably lyme right? A few months ago, I noticed white flecks popping up on a few nails. Just recently, I was gazing at my nails in wonder and amazement and saw that the area near the beds were blue-ish! The blueness has kind of fluctuated in intensity.

In case you're wondering, i'm only 23, and like most of you, had my blood run for all kinds of tests which all came back clean, so I doubt I have any organ issues going on. I'm just trying to decide if it's just lyme, and to leave it be, or to go to a dermatologist or something to get it checked out.

yeah this sounds just like what happened to me! I had a huge and sudden onset of all kinds of symptoms, and soon after I saw my fingernails were looking whack as well. I was terrified at first, because I kept reading about all the horrible autoimmune diseases that can cause fingernail issues, and I pretty much convinced myself I had lupus or something. I kept waking up every day expecting to see the lupus rash. :/

I don't think I have had my adrenals checked as of yet. What does that involve?
