Anybody get jerks

I'm not talking about full on jerks.. Like weird moments where your legs/neck feel tight and stiff, yet you still have a full range of motion. Like every once in a while.. my legs or body or head will have this like pressure feeling and i kind of move.. I even noticed with my head.. it feels like there's always pressure there.. and while my head doesn't jerk.. it doesn't feel still... if that makes any sense..

Anybody get this?

Yes, neurolyme. Mine are called myoclonic jerks, but they don't sound exactly the same. Once in awhile my arm flies out, and I'll whop someone in the face (the last part isn't common, but has been known to happen--seriously). Or I just have tics and jerks.
