Switching Antibiotics?

My current doc believes in consistent dosing over time. He doesn’t try to treat everything at once, so he occasionally adds to or changes the mix when het get's hunches based on my symptoms, but he tries not make more than change at a time. My Previous doc had me on Doxy every day, plus rifampin during the week and Zithro on weekends.
