I am currently taking Borrelogen and Neuro-Antitox CNS. At the same time I have EDTA chelation IVs 2x week, colonic 2x week and lymphatic drainage 1x week. I am slowly but surely getting better. What exactly is making me better I don't know and I don't care as long as there is progress. I think it all works together. Two days ago I did a castor oil pack for my liver and it surely released a ton of toxins. I also do FIR sauna and a detox bath about
5x week. Good luck!

lymebabe,
What is lymphatic drainage? How do I do that?
Also, how do I do the castor oil on my liver thing?

I have lymphatic drainage done by someone local I found on the internet. There are videos on youtube but I am not sure it is as effective as someone doing that to you. They also say that rebounding (jumping on a trampoline) helps the lymph move. I always feel awful for about
2 hours after I do it so I know that it is in fact flushing out toxins into my blood.
The easiest way to start with castor oil packs is getting a kit on Amazon. It has wool flannel, castor oil, and wipes. Soak the flannel in oil and either warm up in the oven or microwave. I put an old blanket on the floor and a plastic bag, then towels, then another plastic bag around my liver. Let's say this is messy. You put the flannel on your liver and wrap large plastic bag around . Then wrap with towel and put an electric heating pad on top. Cover yourself with the blanket (if I am lying on it whatever is left I just wrap around myself). Rest for about
1 hour. I put the flannel in a bowl and put gloves on so that I would not be all messy for an hour. They also have a castor oil roll-on on Vitacost and I think I am going to get that in order to avoid the mess it makes otherwise. I highly recommend getting the kit with the wipes even though the wipes may seem redundant. Wear old clothes you don't mind getting dirty and have a roll of paper towels handy. When I did it I just had my underwear on and it worked out just fine because I went straight in the shower after that.
Good luck! It is a lot of work but definitely worth the effort.

Thanks so much Lymebabe! I am definitely going to do that because I still cannot really tell if I am having gallbladder pain or liver pain.
I think there is a place close to me that does lymphatic massages. I'm going to call today and see.
