Yes, I have lower back pain. Sometimes intense, sometimes a dull feeling. Sometimes I feel like my back won't be able to 'hold'. Or I freeze when I'm bending my back, have to wait for a few seconds and then get up slowly.
This is for my lower back, my upper back/neck/shoulders are always in pain or high discomfort.
I don't know what it is. Then last time I've seen my dr, he discovered I had Yersinia (coinfection) and asked me if I was suffering from lower back pain. Everything shows that it is a chronic infection, and in fact, the lower back pain has been there for ever.
A gentle massage sometimes helps, although it really hurts when husband touches my lower back. But I have a more relaxed feeling once the massage is over. And laying all flat on a hard surface can give me some relief, although it can also hurt a lot.
I haven't found any miracle remedies until now...
My dr adviced me to take the epsom salt baths before going to sleep, but we only have a shower, no bath.
