Bio freeze

Bio freeze has worked wonders on my herniated disc in neck and helps with the tight, achy tendons & muscles. Just wondering if there's something better I could be using? Plus not crazy about the blue & yellow dye in it. Thanks.

I love that stuff! That worked wonders for me after I was in a really bad car accident.

A woman I work with uses Deep Relief by Young Living. It's a roll on oil I believe. I never used it but she has arthritis and she said it's amazing. She was having shoulder pain and hasn't had that pain since she used it. I haven't checked the price on it but it is probably a little pricey since all Young Living stuff is.
