llmd in Northern Indiana or Southwest Michigan?

Does anyone know of an llmd in these areas? My sister is sick and wants to be tested. Please email me if you do. Thank you!

If you're unable to find an LLMD in IN or MI I see one in Worthington (Columbus) OH and really like him. He has two locations and his other office is in Seven Hills (Cleveland), OH.

I hope you are able to find one closer but if not let me know.

I know of one Dr. in Indiana, but don't know if it's northern. I think so, b/c I got the name from a Chicago lyme group. I'll email you the name.
