Hi… I tested positive and have been on a cocktail of abx for about three months. While my symptoms are improving, I am having real problems with my eyes. I noticed in another thread that you know of a specialist who had Lyme, and who presumably would be knowledgeable and sympathetic.

I would be grateful if you could pass along the name….

I am quite new here and so I didn't know how to send you a message.

Hi Jaidan,

Sorry to hear about the lyme but I'm glad that you seem to be improving. If you are in the Philly/DC/Baltimore area - this eye doctor is worth the drive - otherwise probably not.

Just to reassure you - most of us with lyme do have eye issues, that do resolve with treatment. Bloodshot irritation, squiggleys, lots of floaters, blurriness. All part of the package. It is always comforting and recommended to get your eyes checked though. :)

Got it, thanks! I will send you a private note, and even though I'm not in the area I will probably make an appointment. If only for peace of mind. I've certainly travelled further for less important things...
