Binduspire, Early in my infection I was getting the night sweats very severely. Mostly around the back of my neck and in between my legs. From my notes and from what I can remember, this was the only symptom of Babesia that I had. I highly suspect that I am infected with babesia because now that I have treated Lyme and bartonella, Babesia has made its presence known.
I read somewhere that as Lyme turns into late stage Lyme, it begins to impact the endocrine system and as your body begins to feel the impact, you begin to have night sweats as your hormones change. I think that this is why it also happens to women who are menopausal.
