Barngurl, that is what I answered to my dermatologist, well her assistant, cause she refused to listen to me: can you explain me then why I get a herxheimer reaction (only possible with spirochete die-off) every time I'm on abx? And it is not in my head, look at my blood results (it was perfectly showing all the lows and highs that are typical for a herx, no exception).
I think that if a dr is a dr in his/her heart, he/she will always try to cure the patient. Medicine is about research, curing the patient, not about cooking blindly following the recipe in a (dated) cooking book (thinking about he easy $$$$)!
It's like they are all stuck somewhere decades ago and are convinced that western medicine is 100% complete and the only solution.
