Darned if I do; darned if I don't

Ok, so abx (meds) are out of the question for me, bc of my history of c. diff.

Abx herbs (at least Cowden) also seemed to cause a resurgence of c. diff. symptoms.

Samento alone, at the very least, gives me diarrhea, and bowel problems.

So I ordered a FAR infrared sauna, and though it didn't help that much with Bart and Babs, at least it really helped my Lyme symptoms.

Well, now it looks like my heart rate has jumped up pretty high, even with the Bystolic.

So it seems like almost any treatment messes me up in one way or the other.

I do need to get my thyroid levels checked (i.e. med dose might be wrong; I don't actually have a thyroid).

I also need to make an appt. with my cardio. stat.

One doc. thought my shortness of breath was maybe a cardio. symptom, but the air purifier and dehumidifier helped my asthma so much that I ruled out the shortness of breath as caused by my heart, except that tonight, well, I'm short of breath, and it isn't at all like asthma.

I'm making payments on the FAR infrared; still another 13 months to go, and I don't know what to do.

How do I detox aluminum? I think you're right, bc sometimes my whole body smells sour, as do my pee and poo.

I do rotate the probiotics I have.

Would zeolite help?

What are UEEs and UAA?

I can't do anything expensive.

I'm glad the sauna is helping a bit. I wish I could help you more but I'm not very familiar with sensitive digestion/c. diff issues. I never really detoxed a whole lot either so they only info I have on that is what other users have mentioned.

I think zeolite absorbs everything - I *believe* there are some better ones for metals. Not sure about the specificity to aluminum. I did parsley/cilantro. Would those hurt your stomach?

I know you have a lot of issues with medicine. How about strong anti-bacterial foods like raw garlic? Coconut oil? The logical part of me says raw garlic would be horrible for a sensitive gut but that is what I would try above everything else.

The other suggestion I might have is something like a gentle immune booster (not strong antibacterial/antiviral). I use MyCommunity Host Defense. It is a reishi/mushroom extract. It has really good reviews. I use it and though I don't notice a huge difference as I'm relatively well - it does definitely give me a vitality.

I don't have a whole lot left (maybe 20 pills) but I can't use it since I'm preggers and plan on breastfeeding so it will be a good two years. By then what I have will be expired so if you want to try it out I'd be happy to send you what I've got, just message me. :)

I can't eat raw garlic, or even cooked garlic. I can take garlic oil, because it doesn't have the same irritants as the actual clove, but I think it gives me diarrhea.

I doubt I can afford anything pricey, Georgia, but thanks for the tips.

Speaking of which, where do people get L-methyl folate? I ordered it from Amazon, but the dose was much smaller than what my doctor recommended, and hence, expensive.

According to my LLpsychiatrist, I'm supposed to take 10 to 15 mgs (the prescription strength). My insurance doesn't pay, but the drug company offers a discount (I'll have to look into that again).

I don't think I had a lot of trouble going onto the full strength, but I don't remember.

What is a CBS mutation (she didn't explain that), and how do you address it? I know there is a genetic mutation, but I don't understand that whole methylation pathway thing.

And yes, I've looked into Rife. I tried it, and it didn't seem to do much, but all I could afford (from the practitioner) was twice a week, so I don't know if that would have made a difference.

Now that I'm making payments on the FAR infrared, I can't afford to make payments on anything else, at least until I finish paying for the sauna.

As far as the heart thing, I'm hoping that if I remember to take my heart med. every morning, and to "nuke" myself slowly, I might be ok. Truthfully, the sauna by itself isn't enough by any means, but maybe if I do both the sauna and the Rife? It will take at least 14 months before I can start making payments on yet something else, and I certainly can't pay interest.

This is all so crazy. It is so hard to keep up the hope sometimes. I had terrible back pain yesterday, because I had gone kayaking. The kayaking was fun though, and swimming in the river two days after did help the back pain. I was so so so tired though. I want to go kayaking, and skiing, and hiking, and mountain biking, and all the things I used to do.

Yes, I am, and it's time for my test.

However, even when my thyroid levels show that I'm hypo-thyroid, or when they show "normal," I still have tachycardia. My cardiologist says he doesn't know why.

He treats me with Bystolic.

I need to make sure I don't forget to take it in the morning.

I need to be careful with the sauna, but I think I'm going to keep doing it.

I'm also going to try the Samento and the Banderol again, but I'm going to try to pulse.
