LLMD follow up tomorrow for me

So I have my follow up with my LLMD tomorrow. Does anyone have any questions they would like me to ask?

I think I am going to ask if I can change my treatment. Right now I am doing minocycline + septra DS + Plaquenil + tinidazole. I'm going to ask to change the septra DS for biaxin. Reason being is a macrolide and tetracycline can still be used for bartonella which most of my symptoms have now resolved, but then it also makes my treatment more effective against mycoplasma and Lyme.

I figure I will keep taking the Houttuynia just in case there is any residual bartonella left.
