Hi All - Need LLMD in NJ for kids and myself (all bitten and have symptoms)

bump - I had a physician that took bcbs but I don't know if he still does. He is near lancaster pa though. Antibodies usually don't show up until after then anyway. Have you tried going to your pcp to just get a dose of doxy?

I have had low grade fevers, slight memory issues, and abdominal swelling on left side that can't be diagnosed as anything through CT scans, etc. My daughter has aches and pains and a new clicking in her ankle when she moves it, and a few more symptoms.
We went camping about 1 month ago -- I hope I'm not too late to get effective testing??

Definitely NOT too late - as a matter of fact, antibodies don't begin showing up on blood tests until about 4 weeks after a bite

I am going to see Dr R in NYC next week ... I have not had good luck with lyme docs here in NJ

DO NOT go to Dr G in Basking Ridge NJ .... And I would steer clear of the other Dr G in Morristown, although she is a little better
