Ive been evaluated for heavy metals, but not mold. I have very high levels of lead and cadmium (im a former smoker). Some mercury i think, but i cant remember. Id need to find my papers. For that i purchased an infrared blanket on ebay, and i also got activated charcoal earlier this week. Im not sure how often i should be taking it though, i read an article and it sounded like something i should only be using once in a while, but i havent read much about it in relation to lyme disease.

Most of the time, physicians look for heavy metals using a provocation test. It showed you had metals but a provocation test will not find sequestered metals. That's why people often have metal toxicity even though their provocation test was negative.
