Breast pain

My sister has Lyme and Bartonella, just like me. She's not on the forum, but needs help sometimes...

She started the same modified Cowden Protocol like me, but just last week (I've been on it for 7 months).
She was on abx for a year and could tolerate them pretty well. No major herxing. She started Samento and is already saying 'now I really understand you' = she started herxing and feels pretty bad.
She called me with a new symptom the mast few days: pher breasts are swollen, feel very tender (as of they were bruised), and they feel warmer than usual. The glands under her arms are not painful or swollen.

I've read a few posts about breast pain, it's not unusual. But I haven't read about them feeling warmer than normal?

Is she nearing her menstrual cycle? Herxing can make them much worse for some women, including things like breast swelling and tenderness.
