I've been on doxy now for over 2 weeks (first time on it after my CDC results came back +)
What are your favorite bath recipes? I read that lavendar + epsom salt + baking soda is great. Any one that you found to help? Am I supposed to avoid it around the timing of the doxy? Like eating?
My major symptoms currently are "flu like" hot and cold, feeling like I am coming down with something, without actually having the flu. And extreme exhaustion. I figured now is probably a good time to add in something that could help.
I'm also interested in taking up yoga again, but the timing of all this medicine (doxy 2X a day + vitamins) in addition to working FT is taking a lot out of me. I do my best to not eat with the doxy (except in the morning, it's unbearable). I can't handle yoga + the medicine on an empty stomach. And you can't do yoga on a full stomach. Only so many hours in the day! But if you find that helpful and have a good routine to share I'm open to it!
ETA: I'm currently on doxy (take it around 6am, taking supplements around noon with lunch - magnesium, probiotic, fish oil -, snack at 3, doxy around 5pm, dinner around 6 or 7pm). Weekends I play by ear but stick to that 12 hour schedule as best as possible.
