Yes, experience this often. On typical and bad days, I often start off thinking/hoping I'm well enough to run errands and in the middle of them I have a complete crash and have to stop and sit down, and wait before I drive home (or have my husband drive if he's with me). Pacing yourself is always good, and being able to read your body and identify when you think it's coming on is helpful (trust me, I know sometimes it comes out of nowhere though). I know a lot of my fatigue comes from poor adrenal function (low cortisol). Have you had your adrenals tested to know if this is a contributor?
