worse during summer?

Does anyone else have a harder time during the summer?

I usually feel pretty decent during fall, winter & spring. Summers are really rough for me. I don't do heat well, though its better than it was. The pressure changes are also really rough on me. I just feel a lot sicker during summer.

I happen to be having a pretty rough day today. Kinda just want to sleep until its cooler outside.

I think it depends on where people live. I would do worse in a hotter state, like southern Ca or AZ or the deep south with humidity and heat. That does me in quick. Our summers are pretty nice and my daughter and I are worse in the winter once the rain starts. It's dark and dreary a lot of the time. If it snows, we feel better from the extra light. I don't tolerate heat very well, so I stay in when it gets in the 90s like yesterday. Marine air came in overnight, so there's a cool breeze and it will be in the 80s, much nicer. I don't have to close up the house today.

I'm sorry you're having a rough day today. I was that way 2 or 3 days this week.

I didn't tolerate the heat well either, and now that I'm treating for adrenal issues, I'm back to not tolerating the heat again - although we are having a rainy day here today, so we have a break from it. I live in either the Upper South, or Lower Midwest, depending on who you ask. So although we do have some days where the humidity is pretty high, it never last long - but hot and humid days are the worst for me still!

I would say that if you are not tolerating the heat, it would likely be a good idea to have your adrenals tested to make sure they aren't struggling too much.
