Can anyone recommend a Lyme disease doctor in Florida or elsewhere on the East Coast?

Can anyone recommend a great chronic Lyme disease doctor in Florida(please, not Dr. S in Naples) or elsewhere on the East Coast? I recently went for treatment in Mexico and became much worse. I have co-infections, maybe also mycoplasma, protozoa/parasites. There are definitely heavy metals, chemical toxins involved, and a very weak immune system. I have had this illness for years and need someone who is expert in complex cases. I would like a physician who uses IV antibiotics, plus has a knowledge of herbal medication. I can not get an appointment with Dr. H(New York). They never return my calls. I am on social security, so am on a budget.
