I do sweat. If it makes you sick you need to get used to it first thought. At the beginning I would just warm up with the sauna until I started sweating and then got out right away. Some people may not even be able to do that and that is fine. Because of the FIR rays the sauna will have a limited effect even if you are not sweating. It is still raising your body temperature and affecting your tissues in a good way. That's why they are so great! It makes your blood flow, dilates blood vessels, etc. etc. such a great thing!
Gotcha, I feel fine when I'm in there...it just seems I've felt crappy the past few days after using it for the first time.
