Symptoms are on a Cycle? Can track to anticipate?

Hi all
I've seen some references to being able to track and anticipate the various symptoms, as they seemingly appear on cycle. I haven't noticed that yet, they all seem to hit by surprise.
Does knowing what to expect assist in treatment? Looking for more information on this. Thank you!

I think it helps more to identify which infection is causing the symptom. Lyme typically has a 3 to 5 week cycle, and babs has 7 days and 14 day cycles.

I thinks bartonella might also have a 7-10 day cycle.

Some people get to a point in treatment where they feel better and then ONLY treat on the cycle days. If you track all your symptoms you can figure out it's cycle . Mine cycles every 4 weeks and I actually am just towards the end of a cycle right now. Symptoms are mild but they are there... Lyme still lingers actively in me... Some people and their LLMDs say you only need the abx one week per month if you treat this way. That gives your body time to recover from the toxicity of the antibiotics. Of course if you haven't knocked out your coinfections like bartonella it makes it more difficult to use this method. Also all germs are NOT synchronized and each germ can be in a different cycle. So that is something to be aware of too. I asked my LLMD that. But could it be possible that they are all synchronized ?

My next step... I'm actually going to push my treatment into the next level... I will actually go ahead and make a calendar and record daily my symptoms and what I am taking for supplements. It will take an extra 2 hours or so daily but I think it will be worth the information.

My Lyme cycles somewhere either 3 days before a full moon to about 3 days after . Sometimes it starts a week before a full moon though.

But my question? Are ALL the Lyme germs in your body on the same cycle? That just doesn't make sense I would say the answer to that is no.

I had not heard of cycling treatment to coincide with the sx cycles. Or I probably have I just didn't understand it. That is interesting and I'm going to talk w/ LLMD about it.

Some of my sx cycle every 4-5 days and others every 4-5 wks. But there is just too much going on right now to be able to track it well. Nearly impossible to know which is lyme, bart or babs sx at this time… still working on it.

I thought a lot of my sx were on a full moon cycle until I started keeping copious notes and logging everything and that turns out to not have any correlation w/ the lunar cycles. My LLMD also said it was myth.

I vaguely remember reading somewhere that the microbial "cycling" is due to their reproduction cycles—similar to that of parasites?

interesting you would mention the full moon. It probably is a myth but this past Saturday, the day before the supermoon, was one of my worst days ever. Joint and muscle pain, among other things, all day long, nonstop.

This past Thursday was my worst day in awhile, completely bed ridden, took 3-4 days to recover to more functioning

Yup, I had symptoms starting Friday including insomnia, Saturday was a bad day, and so was Sunday and Monday. They were mildly bad. However now I got bartonella just powerful burning.

I'm going to make a log of my symptoms... I've been in this for close to 9 months now I need to keep track.
